What s nitrogen

Nitrogen is the most abundant substance in the air we breath. 78% of dry air molecules are made of Nitrogen atoms. Nitrogen is usually in the form of gas which is bad since the human body can’t use it. The nitrogen you breath in is the same you breath out. Living things need nitrogen to build many important substances.
