  3. Who should use Tumblr • Bloggers looking to connect with others using social media. • Companies looking to reward loyal consumers by offering a platform by aggregating their blog posts.

  4. IBM • IBM created a cause the “Smarter Planet” initiative. • Tumblr allows IBM to aggregate news and information about health, healthcare and green initiatives. • People within the IBM network subsequently engage in open conversation about the “Smarter Planet” initiative.
