Objective of the tasks • Management of the TA system: organization, monitoring,control and assisytance from the project office • Ensure that each functional element of the system is working according to the specifications • Assess the overall data/meta-data/products availability • Undertacke/anticipate actions to solve any problem

  3. Description of work • Tasks: • NA2.1 : coordination and organization of the system control procedures (access rights, control of the system elements availability, log book, risk assessment) • NA2.2: implementation of the system control procedures and following up of the log book -> automatic continuous controls after delivery of JRA2 system Milestone : V1 available February 2008 • NA2.3: Control of the coherency of the data exchanged in the system and their conformity with the QC protocol (including the checks for duplicates) • NA2.4 : Help Desk with email, web site for dissemination of common software and documentation • Participants • All TA data platforms + IOC and ICES for the control of data availability and tests
