  5. Observational programs AuScope supported operations of VLBI network in Australia and New Zealand – 140 session in 2013/2014 and 200 sessions in 2014/2015 For IVS programs (R1, R4, astrometry, etc) as well as domestic (Austral) Three AuScope telescopes, two South Africa telescopes (Hartrao and Hart15M) and one New Zealand (Warkworth) Geoscience Australia 06 March 2014

  6. Scheduling and correlation Scheduling by Jing Sun (ShAO) with VieVS Correlation in Curtin Uni (DiFX) Data analysis – Oleg Titov (OCCAM) and Hiroshi Takiguchi (CALC/SOLVE) Geoscience Australia 06 March 2014

  7. Data analysis • CALC/SOLVE – piece-wise linear function for the stochastic parameters • OCCAM 6.3 – least squares collocation method • Using full variance-covariance matrix • Mutual correlation between wet troposphere delays and hydrogen maser variations O. Titov, H. Schuh, IERS Technical Notes 28, 33-41, 2000 O. Titov, Astronomy Reports, 48 (11), 941-948, 2004 Geoscience Australia 06 March 2014

  8. Wet troposphere delays (Titov, Stanford, Proc of 21st EVGA WorikngMeeting, Helsinki, 2013) Geoscience Australia 06 March 2014

  9. Wet troposphere delays Mean = -4 mm wrms = 6 mm (Titov, Stanford, Proc of 21st EVGA Wiorkng Meeting, Helsinki, 2013) Geoscience Australia 06 March 2014

  14. Yarra12M, radial component Geoscience Australia 06 March 2014

  15. Kath12M, radial component Geoscience Australia 06 March 2014

  16. Hobart12 – Yarra12M Geoscience Australia 06 March 2014

  17. Hobar12 – Kath12M Geoscience Australia 06 March 2014

  18. Hobar12 – Kath12M (Calc/Solve) Geoscience Australia 06 March 2014

  19. Yarra12M – Kath12M Geoscience Australia 06 March 2014

  20. Hobart12 – Warkworth Geoscience Australia 06 March 2014

  21. Kath12M – Warkworth Geoscience Australia 06 March 2014

  22. Velocityestimates 06 March 2014

  23. Conclusion • Tectonic motion of AuScope and Warkworth stations was estimated using two independent software; • Seasonal variations in station components and baseline lengths were detected (not harmonic!); • Kath12M shows too large motion with respect to Hobart12 and Yarra12M (5-7 mm/year) – independent on software! • More data are to be collected to fix the issues; • No apparent difference between IVS-R1, R4 and Austral data Geoscience Australia 06 March 2014

  24. Plan • Operations funds are secure until June, 2015; • New search for money will start in 2014; • Some upgrade is expected (check Jim Lovell et all poster) Geoscience Australia 06 March 2014

  25. Thank you for attention! Geoscience Australia 06 March 2014
