  6. JOB DESCRIPTIONS President – Responsible for all of Alcoa Power Generating, Inc.’s operations. Vice President(Yadkin/Tapoco)- Responsible for maintenance, operations, and reliability. Operations Manager(Yadkin/ Tapoco)- Responsible for all daily operations for Yadkin and Tapoco. Technical Manager – Oversees the field operations. Environmental & Natural Resources Manager - Responsible for assuring adherence to environmental regulations & license compliance. Property and License Manager (Yadkin/ Tapoco) – Responsible for re-licensing activities. Compliance Manager (Yadkin/ Tapoco / Long Sault) – Responsible for assuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Community Affairs Manager – Liaison for Alcoa hydro operations with the community. Financial Analyst (Yadkin/ Tapoco) – Performs studies with respect to hydro operations, maintenance and modernization. Modernization Manager(Yadkin/Tapoco) – Responsible for capital projects maintaining hydro operations. Reliability Manager (Yadkin/ Tapoco) – Responsible for assuring equipment reliability. Maintenance – Provides for the repairs of the hydro generators and substation/line equipment. Chief Dispatcher (Yadkin/ Tapoco) – Oversees Yadkin Division’s Balancing Authority and Tapoco Division Transmission operations. Dispatcher (Yadkin/Tapoco) – Operators for Yadkin Division’s Balancing Authority functions and the Tapoco Transmission system. Reliability Engineer – Performs engineering duties for Yadkin Division Balancing Authority and provides Yadkin’s planning studies. Human Resource Admin (Yadkin / Tapoco) - Human Resource assistant for Yadkin and Tapoco. Sr. Staff Environmental Specialist - Works with environmental conditions for the hydros. Planner – Performs maintenance planning activities to ensure parts, labor, and materials are available for planned outages. Technical Specialist – Provides expert technical guidance & project management for large maintenance projects associated with the hydro projects. Vice President (Trading) – Oversees all purchases and sales of electric energy, emissions and financial deals. Trader – Buys and sales power/emissions for the generating stations. Transaction Technician – Performs all scheduling and administrative duties for trading/marketing functions. Power Engineer (Long Sault) – Performs Engineering duties relating to reliability, capital improvement & maintenance projects on transmission lines & power equipment. Maintenance Supervisor (Long Sault) – Oversees the activities of power system electricians on transmission lines & power equipment. Power System Electricians (Long Sault) – Perform repairs, preventative maintenance & capital improvements on transmission lines & power equipment. Vice President Operations (Colockum) – Oversees energy strategy, policy and contract negotiation. Energy Manager (Colockum) - Performs studies, coordinates supply, administers contracts and reporting.

Human Resources Controller – Oversees that human resources is operating correctly. Administration Mgr – This management position has coordinators of various disciplines reporting to it. Plant Manager – Responsible for the overall outcome of the generating plants. Operations Coordinator – Supervisor responsible for actual operation on the plants. Maintenance Manager – Supervisor over the employees regarding the upkeep on the equipment side of the generating plants. Sr. Mechanical Process Engineer – Responsible for analyzing the plants processes for mechanical problems. Scrubber Project Mgr – Oversees the installation of the new scrubbers. Controller – Responsible for the cash flow of the plants operations. Maintenance – Responsible for repairs to equipment in the station. Production Coordinator – Oversees the operations of the plant. Electrical Maintenance Planner – Responsible for any electrical maintenance supplies for the plant. Procurement – Responsible for obtaining all health and safety to meet the plants employees needs. Payroll Administrator – Responsible to employee payment. Fuels and Land Mgr – Responsible for managing fuels and land issues. Health and Safety Mgr – Responsible for the overall health and safety in day to day operations at the plant. Power System Analyst – Responsible for reviewing and analyzing the costs of the power plant operations.
