  2. Travel Arrangements - Outbound • Meet at school at 12:30pm on Saturday 15th December • Executive coach to Dover • 10pm ferry (1.5 hours) • Continue on coach • Arrive in resort approximately midday on Sunday 16th December

  3. Travelling Outbound • Please make sure you bring enough food/snacks and drinks for the journey. • There will be stops along the way to purchase more if necessary (a small amount of money in Pounds Sterling will be needed for this). • Pillows and sleeping bags are recommended • Travel through Mont Blanc Tunnel!

  4. Travel Arrangements - Return • Leave resort at 7pm on Friday 21st December • 8:50am ferry • Arrive at school back at school 6:30pm approximately

  5. Where is it? • Situated in the extreme north-west of Italy, to the west is the French border and to the north, the Swiss border.

  6. Hotel Dujanay • 2 Star • 8-10 minute bus ride from Gondola in our private coach • Rooms sleep 2-3 and all have private facilities and TVs • TV room, Indoor Swimming Pool, Sauna • http://www.hoteldujany.com

  10. Après Ski Activities • Presentation evening* • Pizza night* • Disco • Bowling • Ice cream evening • Bingo • Arcade Night • Quiz

  11. Helmet • Ski Jacket • Ski Trousers/Sallopettes • Thermal Layering x 1 • Goggles • Ski Socks – 1 Pair Clothing – Skiing(Provided by School)

  12. Clothing - Other • Gloves • Underwear • Pyjamas • Jeans, Combats, Tracksuit trousers • Jumpers/Hoodies, etc. • Shoes and/or trainers

  13. Spending Money • Once in resort all activities and meals are included in the cost. • Pupils can take a maximum of £90 spending money. • This MUST be given to Mr Oberg in Euros on or before Friday 3rd December. • This will be kept by Mrs Young and will be given out at set times while in resort.

  14. Medicines • If your son or daughter requires any type of medication (including travel sickness tablets) it must be given to Mr Munro on or before Friday 3rd December. • Staff will store the medication safely and administer as prescribed. • In the case of asthma, pupils will carry their own inhalers plus it is essential that staff must carry a secondary inhaler.

  15. Code of conduct • Privilege comes with responsibility • Representing the school • Best behaviour at all times • Any indiscipline will be dealt with severely

  16. Payment Details • All Outstanding money must be paid by 29th October 2010
