  4. 缺陷問題描述 ‧7050鋁合金管件的T4熱處理製程 ▓7050為Al-Zn(-Mg-Cu)鋁合金,透過熱處理製程析 出MgZn2和Al2Cu,以增加鋁合金的強度 ▓ T4:經固溶處理後自然時效至相當安定狀態 ‧ T4熱處理 ▓固溶(Solution)過程:使合金成份固溶至金屬基地 ▓淬水(Quenching)過程:將工件快速冷卻,使固溶過 程之合金轉化成析出微結構固定於金屬基地內 ▓人工時效(Artificial Aging)過程:將工件重熱一段時 間,使析出物均佈於晶粒中,以增加材料之強度 Southern Taiwan University of Technology Dept. of Mechanical Engineering 4

  5. 缺陷問題描述 ‧T4熱處理製程的資料 ▓加熱爐種類: 電爐、瓦斯爐 ▓工件種類: 長管:L=2m, d=32~40mm, t=2mm, 3mm 短管:L=0.4m, d=32~40mm, t=2mm, 3mm ▓爐溫:479℃(長管);470℃(短管) ▓持溫時間:1hr(長管);1hr and 10~20min(短管) ▓工件數量:70~1005支/爐(長管);650~900支/爐(短管) ▓出加熱爐進淬水池之遲滯時間:7sec ▓淬水時間:2~3min ▓清洗工件(以自來水清洗工件表面之淬水液) ▓管件矯直 Southern Taiwan University of Technology Dept. of Mechanical Engineering 5

  6. 缺陷問題描述 ‧T4熱處理製程的資料 ▓時效處理(共19hr) 溫度(1)165℃(持溫9 hr);(2)172℃(持溫9 hr) 冷卻至室溫10 hr ▓以人工檢視挑出起泡之工件 ▓進行各種品管檢驗 內視檢查管內表面、表面硬度、拉應力與屈伏強度、耐磨性、外形、疲勞測試 Southern Taiwan University of Technology Dept. of Mechanical Engineering 6

  7. 缺陷之可能原因 ‧加熱爐之溫度不均勻 ▓建議做爐溫量測(分別要進行空爐量測與進料後之 滿爐量測) ‧淬水池之溫度分佈應確實掌握 ▓建議做淬水池溫度隨時間之變化圖 ▓觀察淬水池之溫度是否隨當日處理之次數而變化? ▓淬水前用氣泡攪拌使淬水液可能使氣泡附著於工件 表面造成冷卻速率不均勻 ▓在淬水池底加裝攪動裝置使淬水液溫度更均勻 Southern Taiwan University of Technology Dept. of Mechanical Engineering 7

  8. 缺陷之可能原因 ‧是否淬水池冷卻能力不足 ▓探討水池容量與處理工件數量之比值關係 ▓建議減少每爐處理工件之數量觀察是否能減少不良率? ‧擠製過程加工液體埋入工件致使工件進入加熱爐氣化 ▓建議將工件切下小試片做熱失重分析 ▓建議將工件在擠製過程後做徹底清洗 Southern Taiwan University of Technology Dept. of Mechanical Engineering 8
