  2. 2013-14 Freshman Dining Plan $3,500 • $1,400 Campus Dining Dollars ($700/semester) • Marvin Center, Duques Hall, and the Mount Vernon Campus in Ames Hall and West Hall • Unused funds roll over from Fall 2013 to Spring 2014 • Up to $700 can be carried forward to the following academic year (Fall 2014) but must be spent by the endof that academic year (Spring 2015) or will be forfeited • $2,100 Colonial Cash Dollars ($1,050/semester) • Dollars for dining and food purchase at any Colonial Cash Dining Partner including Marvin Center, Duques Hall, and at the Mount Vernon Campus in Ames Hall and West Hall

Dining Plan & Colonial Cash • Dining Plan deposit and billing: • Automatically deposited before the start of the Fall & Spring semesters • Included as a single $1750 line item on the semester bill • Students can deposit additional funds as needed • Colonial Cash for dining & other essential needs: • individual spending & eating habits and to cover supplemental food costs as listed in the Admissions Package under Estimated Expenses • books and supplies, and other personal expenses as listed in the Admissions Package under Estimated Expenses • Any unused balance… • all Colonial Cash rolls over from fall semester to spring semester • Colonial Cash rolls over from year to year and expires only when the account is inactive for a continuous 35 months

  5. New Voluntary Dining Plans • Options in addition to required plans • Include value added bonus • Do not expire • For GW Campus Dining venues ONLY • Not subject to DC 10% sales tax • Can be purchased at any time • Are not refundable

  10. GWorldAccount Activity • GWorld Online Card Office • Card Account created by student • Guest User Access for parents to check account activity and make deposits • Students must complete FERPA form to allow full disclosure of GWorld cardholder information to parents, legal guardians, etc.

Gworld Card Policy FAQ’s • Replacements • Lost & stolen cards - $25 card replacement fee • Damaged cards – replaced for free • Safeguards: Card Design & Receipts • Photo on card • GWid not on card • No personal information on receipts • No liability for fraudulent charges • 24/7 online cancellation • Students cannot… • Purchase alcohol or tobacco • Lend card to another individual • Punch a hole in the card • Withdraw cash from the card
