  1. USA Regional Service Meeting (RSM) Program USA’s mission : To develop and provide services and programs intended to assist members in building strong businesses in North America's competitive environment.

What is the RSM Program • The USA RSM program partners with local Part Distributors to deliver badly needed business and technical training to servicers on a local & regional level. • Not all service companies will attend conventions like the SRC, NASC, MSA, PSOC. • Time & financial commitment. • Failure to see the need vs. benefit.

  3. Why does the RSM work? • Small time commitment one day. • Low cost investment typically < $100. • High value return on investment. • Access to technical training. • Access to management training. • Easy to get to 1-4 hour drive time. • Curiosity – guilt factor. • Free first year USA membership. • Copy of SRC presentations. • Attendance certificate.

Format of an RSM: • 6-9 pm Evening Round Table (night before event) • 6-9 pm the night before the event • Open discussion on current events and issues • 8-12 am USA Business Management • Creating policy and procedure manual • Calculating your cost of doing business • Increasing first call completes • Understanding financial statements • GLEEPS technician soft skills • Benefits of Flat Rate • 12 – 1 pm Box lunch provided • PD provided pizza or premade sandwiches • 12 – 5 pm OEM technical training • OEM trainer provides hands on product tear down • RSM Resource guide • 85 page take home resource guide

RSM COSTS • RSM fee paid to USA $5500.00 • Covers facilitator and all associated expenses • RSM printed resource guide 85 pages • One year USA membership for all attendees • Internet marketing on USA web site • IRS listing of all service companies in host and surrounding states • Marketing costs • Flyer production and printing • Direct Mail costs • Box Lunch • Pizza and pop or sandwiches and coffee • Facility costs • PD office or hotel meeting room • OEM trainer costs if any • Some OEM have begun to charge a nominal amount for trainers
