Part 2 of your organizer: • Use the following site to calculate your CLIENTS BMI. • http://www.halls.md/body-mass-index/bmi.htm • Answer the rest of the questions based on the results. • An analysis of your client’s body composition, including calculated body mass index (BMI) and BMI goals.   8. Continue Part 4 of your organizer: • Click on create a profile.

  9. Continue Part 4 of your organizer:Make up a name, but use the information from Step #1 to fill in the age, gender, physical activity, height, and weight based on the client you chose. After you fill this out, click submit

  10. Continue Part 4 of your organizer: Then, click on My Plan

  11. Complete Part 4 of your organizer: Now, Copy and paste Your client’s My Plate Plan into your project.

  12. Part 5 of your organizer: Create a seven-day menu detailing all foods and beverages your client should consume to meet the MyPlate suggestions recommendations and an analysis indicating that the menu provides the recommended servings of each of the food groups for each of the seven days.
