What is the HSPA (1) • Created in January 30th 2008 (MOH decision No 26, January 30th , 2008) • Purpose : Efficient management of external partners and donors resources for health programs • Missions: • Administrative and financial management • Procurement and contracts management • Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E ) • Governance: • HSPA is under the supervision of MOH Finance Director • Monthly coordination meeting : HSPA ,Health General Director, Financial Director, MOH Cooperative Agreement Director and CDC • Monthly Programmatic and Financial coordination meeting with MOH other directions and programs: PNPEC ( National HIV Treatment and Care Program),PNLT( National Tuberculosis Program),DIPE( Direction of Information Planning and Evaluation) etc… Cellule Centrale de Gestion Fiduciaire et de Suivi Programmatique (CCGFSP/DAF/MSHP) En face de CI-Télécom d’Angré 7ème Tranche 01 BP 5420 ABIDJAN 01 Tél : 22 42 13 72 -Fax : 22 42 65 69
