Tax Collector Responsibilities • Procure hardware (dedicated printer) • Secure space to store safety paper • Daily accounting of safety paper • Separation of Duties • Adhere to issuance guidelines • Use standard application • Refer clients to County Vital Statistics office when necessary • Transfer fees to the County Health Dept. • Collect $6.25 “convenience fee” if applicable

  5. County Chief Deputy Registrar Responsibilities • Site visit & training • Transfer of safety paper • Reconcile Safety Paper Usage Report daily • Monitor proper issuance guidelines • Spot-check TC AFS’ • Answer questions • Continue to issue certifications
