  4. How is this Done? • SQL Server and HIS • DASH is the current user interface • User selects site, variable, dates

  5. The Process • Data from Flat File or Excel in various formats • Transform into MyDB • Format recognized by Observation Database Data Loader • Upload to Observation Data Model
