Center for People and Buildings • The CfPB focuses on the making and sharing of knowledge regarding the interrelationship between people, work, and workplaces through the use and development of theory, empirical data, and tools with objective of formulating optimal solutions in terms of products (workplaces) and processes (decision-making) on the basis of evidence-based reasoning (EBR).

What is PACT? • A model for evidence based reasoning and decision making: • Calculating the number and types of workplaces required based on functional profiles • Making the consequences of choices regarding the accommodation policy more explicit (scenarios) • Showing physical and organizational decisions to make when developing a workplace environment concept
