What is pom

What is POM?

  • POM is short for “Production and Operations Management.”

  • This major provides students strong managerial and technical education.

  • Students receive fundamental knowledge they need to work effectively in operations functions.

  • Topics covered in curriculum include operational design and control issues (i.e. inventory, capacity, forecasting, etc.).
