  2. The Purpose of The Presentation. • Some kids think it’s hard to transition from Elementary to Middle School. • The goal of this presentation is to help you become prepared for Middle School.

  3. Be Prepared!! • Have at all times your school supplies!! This includes your papers, pencils and work for that day!!

  4. Tip#2 • This time in 6th grade teachers will be even more strict on you. • The schedule will be tighter and you will have lockers. • There is no more snack time so eat a good breakfast. • There is no more Brain, Break instead it’s fun Friday.

  5. Tip#3 use your time wisely • Don’t use your time to socialize at the lockers. • Go to the Bathroom before entering class. • If you have extra time you should study or do your homework.

  6. Tip#4 • You will learn to use Microsoft word. • Use your time at home on homework and projects. • Projects and homework will be harder on you and there will be a lot more of it! Do not procrastinate. Don’t wait until the last minute you will get over whelmed!!
