  1. Sedona Method.A Path to achieve Success, Peace and Emotional Wellness

  2. What does letting go mean Many times, we use to hold our feelings and forget what we are doing.

  3. What does letting go mean When you talk with someone about your mood, is common to say words like:"I am angry" or"I'm sad"

  4. What does letting go mean Perhaps the right way to say it is:"I feel angry" or,"I feel sad"

  5. What does letting go mean You are not identifying yourself with your feelings. You are telling yourself YOU ARE your feelings.

  6. What does letting go mean You can often get the idea that you are controlled by your feelings. This is not true.

  7. What does letting go mean In real life, you can control what you think and feel. Many people don´t know that.

  8. What does letting go mean When you accept your feelings, and the message that they are sharing, you open your consciousness and let them go away.

  9. What does letting go mean One of the principles of Neuro Linguistic Programming says:”Every behavior has a positive intention."

  10. What does letting go mean? When you recognize your feelings and welcome them, you can accept their message, thank them and invite to disappear in the same way they were presented.

  11. What does letting go mean? Show gratitude to them, because they are there for a reason. Then you invite them to leave.Do this in a loving way.

  12. What does letting go mean The more you use this way to acknowledge your feelings, you will get more benefits.

  13. First step Think about an issue you want to solve and identify any feeling or emotion that comes at this time.

  14. First step That feeling might be energy kept somewhere in your body; specially in the chest or stomach.

  15. First step The only way to make a change in the way you are feeling is here and now.As often you work on this process, it will be easier to make the changes.

  16. Second step Ask yourself:”Is it possible to leave this feeling?"Only the question.Any answer you get is acceptable.

  17. Second step Answer the question without thinking too much.Usually the change is going to take place even if the answer is "NO".

  18. Second step Avoid questioning the answer and falling into a personal discussion or inner dialogue.

  19. Third step Now ask yourself:Do I want to drop what I feel?In other words.Am I willing to do?

  20. Third step Avoid personal discussion.Just answer very sincerely

  21. Third step If the answer you get is "NO" or you're not sure, ask yourself:Would I rather keep feeling this?, or do I want to be free…

  22. Third step As long as you allow your feelings to control your life, you'll keep them captive.

  23. Fourth step Now ask yourself:When will I drop?

  24. Sedona Constantly repeat the four steps to finish releasing the emotions that stop you from growing.

  25. Sedona Think you want to resolve the issue.1. Can I drop what I feel?2. Do I want to drop what I feel?3. Am I willing to do it?4. When?

  26. Sedona Repeat these questions until you are completely free of unwanted feelings. The more often you do this simple process, you can easily incorporate releasing and freeing experience in your daily life.

  27. Sedona I finish the process by saying:Thanks you're here. I don’t need you any more. Goodbye!

  28. Sedona I do it with a lot of gratitude.

  29. Your Thoughts Exercise. 1. Every day, at night make a brief analysis of the situations of your day.I recommend you do it on a peace of paper as I present in the next slide.

  30. Your Thoughts 2. Fill the list with a statement showing what you consider success and failures of your day.

  31. Your Thoughts 3. Completed your list, read each of your successes and remember the emotions and feelings they produced.Aloud or silently repeat to yourself:"This is a success and I want more of that."

  32. Tus Pensamientos 4. Read the list of "failures" and remember in detail the experience. Repeat yourself:"This is a failure and want to remove it from my life"
