Develop understanding of what makes these tools useful in a classroom; (concept) 3. Develop ability to create a simple Web page using Wikispaces or Google sites. (introduced skill)

The student writes a brief statement (1-2 paragraphs)accurately describing the site's content/function as it pertains to K-12 learning and teaching; 2. The student gives a brief, realistic description (1 or 2 paragraphs) of how this site might be used in a specific classroom setting; 3. The webpage has a title that contains the name of the tech tool, appropriate graphics (at least 1) and a link to the site. It also has a link back to the “top” of the portfolio.
