  4. Since losing my Daddy, I’ve lost 3 uncles to prostate cancer, and another is fighting the battle. This is my story… Who do you know whose been affected by Prostate Cancer?

  5. Fight ignorance… My Dad had Prostate Cancer for so long that when he finally spoke to his Doctor, he had deep purple bruising covering the inside of his thighs and his stomach was distended like a pregnant women’s belly. He must have been in incredible pain; Yet, he suffered in silence and said nothing…

  6. Raise Awareness… Every year about 600 men in New Zealand die of Prostate Cancer. Fathers, sons, brothers, grandfathers. Gone! This happens because men don’t know how dangerous the disease is, they don’t talk to their doctor about it, they simply don’t do anything about it. This has to stop.

  7. The people in my community are getting together to do something about it!

  8. Saturday 26th September, 55 ordinary people will compete in a CrossFit workout called “Fight Gone Bad” to fundraise and bring awareness to this cause.

  9. Help us share our story… For full event details visit: http://crossfitauckland.com/fight-gone-bad-iv/ Or for more information about our story: phone Lisa O’Neill @ CrossFit Auckland 021 191 0091 - 09 415 8510 crossfitauckland.com Gate 3, 402 Albany Highway, Albany. Auckland
