  6. HEALTH STATUS A person who pays attention to each of the three kinds of health can achieve balanced healthful living. Sometimes, things in your life get out of balance, but you can learn skills to use when that balance becomes upset. The sum of the positive and negative influences on a person’s health and well-being is a person’s health status.

An Effective Communicator A Responsible Citizen A Self-Directed Learner When you need to take medicine, do you read the label before you take it? Do you research your condition on reputable Websites? A Critical Thinker If you answered “Yes” to these questions, You are on the road to optimal wellness!
