  8. 9/10 The Backup Plan Risks Backup Plan • Publishers fail to come on board. • We’ve had good discussions with publishers • They are panicky over not being at the front of digital • Medics don’t want it. • We’ve already shown that at least one demographic do. • Someone else does it first/better. • Get investment fast, get a good team, and get going! • Turn competitors into partners. • Just grow as a small medical publisher. • Aim for revenue of £500k - £1m. • This is an established business model in the UK and we already have the traction to become a player.
