  2. Dominion Services Available • Online Account Management • An easy way to keep track of your account, billing, usage and more. Manage your account online at www.dom.com • Budget Billing Plan • This plan enables customers to level out their utility bills over a 12-month period. Budget customers pay a pre-determined amount each month, based on their electric usage and utility costs. Dominion will review a customer’s budget amount periodically and alter it to keep pace with current electrical usage, if necessary. Customer must be current with their bills to be eligible. • Emergency Medical Equipment • If you or someone you know requires the use of electrically-powered medical equipment, read about being added to our medical conditions list at www.dom.com • Special Billing • Dominion offers special billing formats for the visually or hearing impaired. • Third Party Notice • This program lets any customer designate a friend, relative, clergy, or even a social service agency to be notified before service is interrupted for non-payment. See next slide for enhancements to this process.

Energy Assistance Programs • State Programs for Low-income Households • The Virginia Department of Social Services offers energy assistance programs to help eligible households with their heating and cooling needs. • Virginia Fuel Assistance Program • CRISIS Program for heating season. • Cooling Program for cooling season. • Dominion Programs to Help with Winter Heating & Summer Cooling • EnergyShare • The program provides heating assistance to people who don’t qualify for federal fuel assistance or for those who have no other resource. The program has been expanded to assist Seniors, age 60 or over with their summer cooling bills. • Fan Care • Fan Care is a public-private partnership administered by the Virginia Department for the Aging that helps low-income older citizens in Virginia keep cool during summer months. Dominion is the primary sponsor, and Wal-Mart is the exclusive retailer providing fans to local Area Agencies on Aging at a discounted rate.

New Feature Available via www.dom.com • In an effort to further enhance your Customer Service experience with Dominion, we have established a method for our partners to view customer account information via our web site at www.dom.com • This new function allows viewing of: • · Current billing information • · A copy of current and past bills • · Up to 12 months of billing, payment and usage history • · Customer initiated service request
