  3. Yamuna Expressway  India’s longest access controlled highway with “INTELLIGENT TRANSPORT SYSTEM”. Entirely elevated at 165.54 km long and 100 mt wide.  Yamuna Expressway connects Greater Noida with Agra, the six lane.  The Yamuna Expressway Project, was formally inaugurated on 09 Aug, 2012 by the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mr Akhilesh Yadav and thrown open to the public.   4. Planned Development  Yamuna Expressway (the road/highway and Yamuna Expressway City are planned for future needs. Although, presently only 6 lanes are being built, should the need arise, the expressway can be widened to 8 lanes.

  5. Metro Connectivity Ist phase “Noida to Pari Chowk(28km) in 2017” & Pari Chowk to Jewar (38km) the Greater Noida-Jewar Metro line could be commissioned by 2019.

Jaypee Greens Sports City  Spread over 2,500 Apart from International level Cricket Stadium, Motor Race Circuit, Go-Carting Circuit and Golf Course, JSC will house variety of residential developments (plots, bungalows, villas, flats and penthouse, etc, institutional developments (offices, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, etc and commercial zones (markets, shopping malls, etc. Being built as India’s first self- contained sports city, JSC will be first of its kind in India.

India’s First Formula 1 Racing Track  5.13 km long circuit was designed by German architect and racetrack designer Hermann Tilke.  The Formula-1 track is being constructed for seating capacity of 200,000 spectators, however, initially only 100,000 to 150,000 seats will be available for first few races.  Formula-1 in India will not only boost India’s profile internationally, it will also provide business to aviation, hospitality, tourism and manufacturing industries, directly & in-directly, generating 10,000 new jobs.  Estimated to cost about 20 billion($400 million) to build, the circuit has an approximate length of 5.13 km and is spread over an area of 874 acres.  The expected lap time for a Formula One car around the track was 1 minute, 27.02 seconds, at an average speed of 210.03 km/h to 318 km/h.

  8. Go Carting Circuit  Two Go-Carting Circuits are being built by Jaypee Sports International Ltd. (JPSI at Jaypee Sports City, Sector 25, Yamuna Expressway City.  Main circuit will be 1.2 km long CIK World Championship standard race track.  25000 seating capacity

Cricket Stadium  Cricket Stadium at Jaypee Sports City in Yamuna Expressway City, will be the First international cricket stadium in Uttar Pradesh, other being Green Park cricket stadium in Kanpur. Designed to seat 100,000 spectators, first phase will house 40,000 seats. Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association (UPCA has already inked 50 years agreement with JPSI to hold Twenty20 matches.

  10. Proposed 18 Hole Golf Course  Jaypee Sports International Ltd. (JPSI will build an international level 18 hole golf course at Jaypee Sports City, Sector 25, Yamuna Expressway.  The golf course will be one of the largest in India and comparable to the best in the world.  The golf course is proposed to be developed amidst residential vicinity with plots, bungalows, villas, flats and penthouses surrounding it.  Jaypee Greens Golf Course has been awarded as “Best Tourism Friendly Golf Course” by Govt. of India, Ministry of Tourism in 2009- 10.”  Best Golf Centric Development in the country  Best Tourism friendly golf course

Proposed Jewar Airport  Airport will help the region emerge as an industrial hub besides improving connectivity between four bordering states of UP, Haryana, Rajasthan and Delhi besides attracting foreign investors and impetus to tourism, " said Aditya Ghildiyal, president, Association of Greater Noida Industries.  We have now officially reserved 5000 acres for the airport," said Arunvir Singh, CEO, Yeida.  The Taj International Airport is a proposed international airport to be built at Jewar in Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.  The Central government cleared the techno-feasibility report for setting up the Taj International Airport and Aviation Hub.  Built at an approximate cost of Rs 5000 crore (Rs 50 billion).
