TEAM RECRUITING • Identify Administrator In Charge • Identify Potential Team Leader And • Team Members • Diversity In Team Members : Faculty And Staff, Attitude, Experience Community, Students, • Gain Commitment And Buy In Need To Understand The Change Process • It Is A Attitude, Not A Program

TEAM COLLABORATION • Team Expectations Role Models Scheduled Meetings Foster The Positive Attitudes • Use Of Data Identify Behaviorial Concerns Develop School-wide Expectations Three To Five Expectations Develop Rules To Achieve Expectations Identify Reward System • Develop A SWPBS Plan It’s An Attitude

  5. WHOLE SCHOOL COLLABORATION • This Was An Area Of Improvement For Us • Entire Faculty and Staff Tangibly See The SWPBS Plan • Offer Suggestions • Offer Critiques • Offer Solutions • All On The Same Page, On The Same Bus • It’s An Attitude • Team Refines Plan And Publishes

  6. IMPLEMENTATION • Publish, distribute, and in-service the SWPBS plan • Create and post SWPBS posters • Teach the children with school-wide lesson plans • Create and implement reward system • BE VISIBLE • BE POSITIVE • BE PATIENT • It’s an ATTITUDE
