Legal entity Culture and Sport Glasgow Company limited by guarantee with Charitable Status Wholly owned subsidiary of Glasgow City Council Contract to deliver services for Glasgow City Council Public Body – FOI and Procurement Board of Directors / Charity Trustees Charity Trustees are expected to put the interests of the Charity before their own interests or those of any other person or organisation Ensure that delivery against contractual obligations with Glasgow City Council in respect of the delivery of indentified services Culture and Sport Glasgow (Trading) Community Interest Company Wholly owned subsidiary of Culture and Sport Glasgow Designed for Social Enterprises that want to use profits and assets for public good Assets are locked into company to ensure they are used for community benefits Profits are “gift aided” to Charity Decision Making Structures
