  3. RT 124NEW Projections • SCAPULA • AP • LATERAL Scapular Y • STERNUM • RAO (no “AP”) & LAO • LATERAL

  4. SCAPULA AP LATERAL SCAPULA (PA OR AP OBLIQUE SHOULDER )

  5. AP SCAPULA SHORT SID C/R 2 “ below coracoid

  6. Note – Shorter SID Blurs ribs – mags scapula for better detail

  7. Note: Humerus down when trauma is suspected – this is shoulder Y for humerus (not the scapula lateral )

  8. Aka: WESTPOINT VIEW (ARREST VIEW) PA – TOWARDS IR

  9. AP – AWAY IR

  10. AP = UPSIDE / AWAY PA - DOWNSIDE / TOWARD

  11. STERNUM RAO & LAO LATERAL
