NO, this is what you needed to vote:

  • You needed to be a male

  • Your parent had to be Greek citizens

  • You need to be a landowner

  • You needed to be an adult

  • As soon as the Americans succeeded from the British.

  • By the time the bill of rights was added to the constitution.
