  • Give it Away is outsourcing marketing of merchandise to Individual Advertisement Company

  • Widener team to work with UdS to build cross functional websites, develop eBusiness scenario, legal contract, and information technology implementation plan.

  • Widener team to individually develop EPC diagrams supporting eBusiness scenario.

  • May 26th Adobe Connect session with German team

  • Communication decided – Skype, Adobe, forum and Dropbox. Skype session every Saturday 9AM EST.

  • Discuss Legal Affairs

  • Discuss invoice handling

  • Begin work on eBusiness scenario

  • Discuss complaint management

    • Return percentages

  • eBusiness scenario posted to shared ARIS server

Conclusion – Lessons Learned

  • Draft EPC diagrams prior to finalizing eBusiness Scenario

  • Dropbox does not do versioning

  • Organize shared files better

  • Time zone difference not detrimental to collaboration

  • IT background useful for IT Implementation plan

  • Microsoft Frontpage no longer a viable program for web development
