  3. Project Overview This project involves the addition of four hydrogrid clay courts and one hydrogrid center/stadium clay court along with related site work and amenities.

  4. Basic Elements of Project • Four new hydrogrid clay courts (match existing) • One new Pro court hydrogrid clay court (match existing) • Earthwork for expansion and relocation on the existing dry detention area • Access walkways and amenities

Four new hydrogrid clay courts • Built exactly as existing courts • Base and surface materials • Hydration and drainage system • Fencing w/wind screens, pavers, striping, water fountain • Shade structure • Design and constructed to ensure consistent play, appearance and maintenance as existing courts

  7. New Pro court hydrogrid clay court • Court layout typical of Davis Cup World Group and Federation Cup main draw events shall be built to match existing pro court

  8. Dry detention & berm expansion and relocation • New courts will be located over existing detention areas and berm • Additional detention area is to be constructed • Minimum impact to site location • Save natives where possible • Maintain buffers

  9. MISCELLANEOUS AMENITIES The City will purchase the following items, and the awarded Bidder shall coordinate delivery, assembly, and installation(install price in base bid) • Bleachers - 15 feet in length, 3 rows installed on concrete pad provide by contractor. • Trashcans, benches, court scoreboards, shoe cleaners, windsocks, and court valets – The awarded Bidder shall be responsible for the assembly and installation prior to substantial completion unless the equipment is not made available by the City.

Site Amenities • Alternate Bid Items • 50-Gallon Pressure Tank for Court Watering System (Supply and Install) • Approach Apron to courts for maintenance areas (Each) • Additional Sidewalk (Per Square Foot) • Additional Windscreens (Supply and Install Per Court) • Concrete Slab for bleacher pad (Per Square Foot) • Shade Structure: Sunport or approved equal; Style I ( Supply and Install) • Shade Structure: Sunport or approved equal; Style II ( Supply and Install) • Bleachers, 15’ wide ( Supply and Install) • Water Fountain (Supply and Install) • Synthetic Clay – to match existing (Per Pallet) • Laser Grading (old existing Court)

  11. HydroCourt Vs. Hydrogrid • Bidders can provide a HydroCourtsystem bid provided the bidder provides a written guarantee and demonstrate that the HydroCourt system will seamlessly integrate and work with the existing HydroGrid irrigation system, and not create any operational problem.
