  3. L’Eterno è il mio Pastore, nulla mi mancherà.

  4. Egli mi fa giacere in verdeggianti paschi,

  5. mi guida lungo le acque chete.

  6. Egli mi ristora l'anima,

  7. mi conduce per sentieri di giustizia, per amore del suo nome.

  8. Quand’anche camminassi nella valle dell'ombra della morte,

  9. io non temerei alcun male, perché tu sei meco;

  10. il tuo bastone e la tua verga sono quelli che mi consolano.

  11. Tu apparecchi davanti a me la mensa al cospetto dei miei nemici;

  12. tu ungi il mio capo con olio; la mia coppa trabocca.

  13. Certo, beni e benignità mi accompagneranno tutti i giorni della mia vita;

  14. ed io abiterò nella casa dell’Eterno per lunghi giorni.

  15. Ecco il messaggio di fiducia: Signore, io non manco di nulla perché tu sei con me, mi dai sicurezza e abito nella tua casa!
