  2. 1. WETGEVING • Vanaf 1 december 2010 De nieuwe Europese verordening “CLP, Classification, Labelling and Packaging of substances and mixtures” wordt van toepassing voor alle produkten. In sommige gevallen is een afwijking mogelijk tot 2012. De oude pictogrammen (vierkant en oranje) zullen geleidelijk worden vervangen door nieuwe symbolen in een ruitvorm, bestaande uit een zwart symbool op een met rood omlijnde witte achtergrond.

  3. 2. PICTOGRAM Fysiekerisico’s: explosie, zelfontbrandendestoffen, organischeperoxiden Ontplofbaar = explodeert Fysiekerisico’s: Oxiderendegassen, oxiderende vloeistoffen, oxiderende vaste stoffen Oxiderend = doetontvlammen

PICTOGRAM Fysiekerisico’s: brandbare gassen, spuitbussen met brandbaar gas, brandbare vloeistoffen en stoffen, zelfontbrandende vloeistoffen en vaste stoffen, stoffen die in contact met water brandbare gassen vormen, voor zelfverhitting vatbare stoffen, organische peroxiden ontvlambaar = brand Gevarenvoorgezondheid: brandwonden, oogletsel Fysiekerisico’s: corrosief voor metalen Corrosief = bijtend

  5. 2. PICTOGRAM Gevarenvoorde gezondheid: In hoge mate giftig giftig = dodelijk Gevarenvoorhetaquatisch milieu Gevaarlijk voor het milieu = vervuilend

NIEUWE PICTOGRAM Gevarenvoorde gezondheid: In hoge mate giftig, huidirritatie, oogirritatie, giftig voor bepaalde organen - eenmalige blootstelling, verhoogde gevoeligheid van de huid = beinvloedt de gezondheid Schadelijk, irriterend Gevarenvoorde gezondheid: mutageniteit in zaadcellen, kankerverwekkend, schadelijk voor de voortplanting, giftig voor bepaalde organen - eenmalige blootstelling - herhaalde blootstelling, verhoogde gevoeligheid van de luchtwegen, gevaar bij inademing = brengtde gezondheid ernstige schade toe
