Overview of USACE M2S2 Structure There are four conventional and one chemical military munitions design centers (MMDC) within the current USACE Military Munitions Support Services (M2S2) organizational structure. • Conventional MMDCs: Baltimore, Huntsville, Omaha, and the RSC • Chemical MMDC: Huntsville

  5. RSC Design Center Structure • Of the four conventional MMDCs, the RSC is the only regional design center. • RSC has approximately 65 staff in six district offices across the South Pacific and Southwestern Divisions.
