Conservation Technology Documents • Provides information on a variety of engineering subjects • Subjects can be accessed for example such as “Environmental Engineering” • Brings up the NRCS National Engineering Handbook (NEH) Part 651 • Part 651 is the Agricultural Waste Field Management Handbook

Continued • Selecting Specifications as a topic directs you to NEH Part 642 – Specifications for Construction Contracts • Provides NRCS Construction and Material Specifications in pdf format which can be downloaded • Instructions are included on the use of both the Material and Construction Specifications
