  6. 246. Develop plan for: Installation/Modification of electrical and mechanical in P&DC- CIOSS Power requirements- CIOSS Communication drops- Baseline MPE

  13. 245. Place order for spare parts cabinets, if required. - Order stockroom cabinets as needed- Remote hot spares cabinet in CFS

  14. 247. Prepare / Update Maintenance Staffing Plan. -Change positions for PM window and tour. -Post ET job: 0500-1350 N/S: Sat/Fri-Will Complete Daily & Senior PM windows

Develop an SOP for updating PARS software / In MOS Cabinets. • All PARS software and directory updates will be setup in VMARS for Daily, Weekly, and Monthly routes. • Will follow RBCS procedures. • Assigned to T-2 ET positions. • Software will be stored in the Maintenance software cabinet and at the VMF according to the Crisis Management Plan.

  17. 251. Develop a Process and Schedule for performing weekly PARS database updates. - During Daily PM window, 5:00 - 9:00- Senior PM Routes will be Sunday CIOSS#1 and Monday CIOSS#2

  18. 250. Develop an Escalation procedure for CFPS Scanner Mechanical / Electrical failures. -Call contractor Bell & Howell-24hr Warranty contract* OSW scanner requires optics cleaning

  19. 252. Identify any Article 32 issues and work with Labor Relations to resolve. -NONE-All MPE moves and Power/Comm drop nearly completed.

  20. 253. Coordinate maintenance schedules with new Processing Operations Operating Plan. -New ET Bid. BT: 0500-0150-N/S: Sat/Fri- CFS FFTs available: 01:00 - 12:30

  21. 254. Contractor finalizes asbestos disposal plans/activities with District Environmental compliance Coordinator and appropriate local landfill authorities, etc., as required by local, state, and or national codes.- NONE

  22. 255. Establish Stock-Rotation / climitization plan for CIOSS labels. -Will Follow existing procedure currently in place for CFS FFT labels

  23. 256. Develop SOP for Waste Mail. -Follow existing procedure currently in place with Custodial workforce.-Waste volumes still generated within CFS workroom-Waste containers staged in CFS/CIOSS verification area

  24. 259. Train Custodial workforce on new Waste Mail Procedures.- Completed as part of FAT operations(from CFS & CIOSS waste verification workarea)

  25. 257. Clear space in P&DC for equipment delivery and modification.-Complete and Ready for CIOSS Modification [ Ray Oakley ]

  26. DBCS #11, ready for the CIOSS modification Workroom floor ready for 25’ addition

  27. 258. Receive install Team Tool Kits, sign receipt for them upon delivery, and place them in a secured maintenance area around PARS equipment location.- East end of CIOSS machine

Mail Processing Equipment modifications for PARS processing:AFC = Replace hardware STP with PC software STP- start Friday, Aug 22nd @ 06:00 (4)OCR = New computer software STP- start Saturday, Aug 23rd @ 06:00 (3)DBCS = Replace PC, monitor, cards and firmware- start Wednesday, Aug 20th, 07:00 (15)MPBCS = New software loaded- start Tuesday, Aug 19th @ 07:00 (6)Final Modification completed on Sept 6th for last DBCS (#12)

  36. 264. Complete inventory of spares kits and advise Site Coordinator of status. 265. Inform contractor of any missing spares parts.
