Meeting Logistics for SC 214/WG 78 in Bellevue Washington on September 27th – October 1st 2010 • Hotel: Residence Inn in Bellevue Washington (USA) • We request that people stay at this hotel because we had to guarantee a certain quota of hotel rooms to get the meeting rooms. • A block of studio suite hotel rooms have been reserved at the Residence Inn Seattle/Bellevue downtown at a group rate of $139.00/night plus tax. Our understanding is that this rate is significantly less than the government rate. Please go to the attached website and book your hotel room before August 31st to get the group rate. You can also contact the hotel directly at 425-637-8500 and ask for the “Honeywell RTCA” room block. • http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/BVURI?groupCode=HWRHWRA&app=resvlink&fromDate=9/25/10&toDate=10/1/10 • A breakfast buffet is included with the room. • Also, light meal is provided at the hotel’s Evening Social Hour Monday’s and Tuesday’s in the hotel lobby. • Starbuck’s Coffee is available in the hotel main lobby coffee kiosk • Lunch will be provided by Honeywell each day at approximately 12:00 noon • 4 Meeting Rooms located downstairs below the main lobby have been reserved • 1) Mercer A (Main Meeting room); • 2) Mercer B; • 3) Mercer C, & • 4) Board Room • Transportation • Eastside Coach Town Car service (425-985-2736) has been recommended by the hotel for your trip from/to the airport. • Taxi’s are also available. • If you rent a car, driving directions are on the hotel website (see following web-site). Parking cost is $10.00/day for hotel guests.
