  2. My ProductA system that connect cars with civil defense station that will pass orders and information’s to any near Ambulance , in case of any car crush happen .

  3. How its Unique It’s simple, there is no other projects like it, improve faster response for any emergency situation, and the request of a similar system is very important.

  4. Its Value ?! The value of every human being what define the value of this project.The cost of damage that may happen due to the crash.

  5. My Competitors ! There is no similar project as I know! , but it’s close to the “Autorun” car system.

  6. Why its Different ?!My main differentiation factor is the goal of the system.competitive advantage : The information it gives, that I will use in my project.

  7. Infrastructure We will need to hire a couple of employees to coordinate the info., A computer ,Software system , no need to any facilities cause the station will be in the civil defense department . The main fund needed is for the Autorun system and its software.

  8. Costs The Autorun is the main product needed , costs about 150$ and its software will cost about 500$ , the computer cost is 600$ and the personnel cost is around 600$.

  9. Revenue Streams-We can sell it to the insurance companies by making a good deal with them, which in its turn will sell it to its customers with a good deal too.-Great advertising in all the media. -and selling the product to any one that puts his safety and his family first.

  10. My Market Anyone who drives a vehicle.Insurance companies.Surveillance companies.And any other vehicle common sources
