  2. TWO TYPES OF BUSINESSES… • For The Business that Uses The Invoicing Inside QB • 2. For The Business that Simply Uses QB to Keep The Books • Immediately apply against invoices • Download transactions to apply against existing invoices • Apply card on file payments from within QuickBooks • Run Sales Against Sales Receipts During Payment • We Can Also Integrate ALL Activity into QuickBooks For Reconciliation

  3. ePNPlugIn Business Uses Invoicing Start QB… From the “Customers” Drop Down Menu… Choose “ePNPlugIn” and “Receive Payment”

Allows for ‘on the fly’ invoice creation. • Ability to perform ‘card on file’ transactions from within QuickBooks – yet, not stored on merchants computer (data pulled from our server) • Allows for payments against ‘Sales Receipts’ • Business owner/manager can generate email receipts to customers automatically. 1 2 3 4
