Kit list (what they say) The Icelandic climate is very unpredictable the whole year-round, thus we recommend to all our passengers to bring; • Sturdy shoes for trekking, • Awarm wind and rainproof jacket and trousers, • Gloves or mittens, • Good head wear and sunglasses. Due to the unpredictable weather in Iceland routes or plans are subject to change. We reserve the right to alter the itinerary according to conditions.

  5. Excursion-ware Boots and Clothing:Hiking Boots – The boots should be of leather and give sufficient ankle support. Long sleeve shirts/jumpers (thermal underwear optional) – Wool or synthetic. Rain Jacket or an Anorak with hood – Preferably waterproof and breathable material (Gore-Tex or equivalents). Hiking pants. Old pair of trainers (that if necessary do not have to come back from the visit with you) ShortsRain trousers – Waterproof and preferably breathable material. Inner Gloves – Wool or synthetic (polypropylene / polyester). Mittens/gloves – Wool or synthetic (optionally waterproof)Socks – Wool or synthetic. Two or three pairs. Hat or Balaclava – Wool or synthetic.  SwimwearOther gear:Backpack (daypack) for extra clothes and food during the day. Size :20-30 litres. .Towel – A light weight and packable one. Toothbrushand toiletries (care with the sizes of the liquid)Sunglasses – Big enough to cover the eyes and with sufficient UV-protection. Sun protection. Water container  Su/rain hat or capOptional gear:Gaiters – Calf or knee height and wide enough for your boots. Small thermal mat (for lunch breaks). Camera, spare batteries and a memory card or films.

  7. Day 1 – July 11th Flybe flight leaves IOM 15:00 Arrival of flight FI 441 from Manchester 15:45 approximate departure from the airport. 16:30 Arrival at the Hotel Cabin 17:00 Walking City tour Reykjavik 19:00 Dinner: Local Restaurant – Grill Húsið 20:30 Walk back with guide to the hotel

Day 2 – July 12th Golden Circle – Hvolsvöllur 8:00 – DepartHotel and Travel to Great Geyser then to Gullfoss, the Golden Waterfall, 12:00 Lunch Stop – geyser Restaurant – Buffet (Icelandic food) After lunch the group will head to Þingvellir is the site of the world's oldest democratic parliament founded in 930. Þingvellir, located by Lake Þingvallavatn, the largest lake on the island- a national park. The canyon running through the park is actually the meeting point of two of the earth’s tectonic plates, 14:00 Snorkelling at Silfra with Dive.is 16:00 Geothermal Lágafellslaug 17:30 Depart from the Swimming pool 18:40 Transfer back to Hotel 19:00 Dinner Buffet – Cabin Hotel – Dinner Buffet

  9. Day 3 - July 13th South Shore with Super Jeep 08:00 Stop at Thorvaldseyri. Visit the Seljalandsfo waterfall and the SkógarfoSightseeing waterfall.. 11:00 Glacial walk - 13:00 Continue to Vík. See black sand beaches, puffin colony and Reynisdrangarrocks Lunch at Vík. 17:30 Arrival Geothermal pool – Kópavogslaug 18:50 Departure from the swimming pool 19:00 Arrival at the Restaurant- Walk back to Hotel – 5 min walk from the Hotel

  10. Day 4 – July 14th Monday River Rafting 09.00 depart from Reykjavik Trip Duration: 3-4 hours, 7-8 hours with pick up. Rafting the Hvítá River (pronounced Kveetau) - the most popular adventure activity in Iceland. The Hvítá river is one hour from Reykjavík. The river has a mix of canyons, waves and rapids. On our way we pass through the Brúarhlöð canyon and you will have the option of jumping from a cliff into the river. • Lunch - Sandwich + fruits and juice • 16:00 Geothermal pool Swimming Laugar • 19:00 Dinner – Hamborgarapabrikkan - Fish burger, chips + 1 glass Soft drinks

Day 5 – 15th July Blue Lagoon –Geothermal Plant 08:00 Depart the hotel 09:00 Arrival at Blue Lagoon – towel not included 12:00 Drive back to Reykjavik - Light Lunch Box 13:00 Depart to Reykjavik 14:00 Bowling and Pizza 16:00 Drive to Geothermal plant 17:00 Depart for Inside Vocano tour 23:00 Arrival at the Hotel

  12. Day 6 – 16th July 04:00 Coach and Guide ready infront of the hotel 04:15 Departure f to Airport 05:00 Arrival at KEF 08:00 Departure of flight FI 440 to Manchester Flybe flight leaves Manchester for IOM @
