  5. Chairpersons The Wyndham Championship has over 100 Chairpersons. We would like to thank all of you for the long hours and the hard work that you give to make the Wyndham a huge success!

  6. Why do we do what we do?

  7. Credentials Get these from your Executive Committee Contact ***Chairpersons who will be working near Players will need a Photo Credential—your Exec Committee Contact will let you know if you fall into this category

Prohibited Items • Noise Producing Electronic Devices • Cameras and/or Camcorders (other than Mon-Wed for personal photographic use only and without their cases) • Bags larger than 8"W x 8"H x 8"D in its natural state • Cases and/or Covers (such as chair or umbrella covers) • Signs, Posters and/or Banners • Televisions and/or Radios • Food and/or Beverage (bought off-course) • Containers and/or Coolers • Pets (other than service animals) • Lawn and/or Folding Armchairs • Bicycles • Ladders • Metal-spiked Golf Shoes • Weapons (regardless of permit, including but not limited to firearms or knives) • Any other items deemed unlawful or dangerous by the USGA and/or Championship Security Personnel, in their sole discretion. *All Bags Subject to Search (including Volunteer Bags). *Prohibited items will be confiscated and secured for you at Will Call (located at main entrance, behind #1 tee). Present your ticket to claim the confiscated items.

  9. Basic Safety • If you observe an injury/accident call EMS on radio • Do not dial 911! Please call EMS through tournament-supplied radio. • On course, the EMS response team is faster than 911 • First Aid Stations will be located on Hole #1 (next to the Cone Health Volunteer Pavilion) and on Hole #14. • EMTs will be riding bikes around the course for emergencies. • Ambulance will be near clubhouse and on course • Document details of incident with written notes/photos • Cart safety. STAY OFF CART PATHS • Vehicle safety • Security Command Post located at Tennis Center near Driving Range • Sheriff Dept. and private security will have rovers and bikes on course *NO ALCOHOL* ZERO TOLERANCE–INCLUDING WORKDAYS!

  10. Safety WEATHER/EVACUATION In conjunction with the PGA TOUR, the Tournament has an inclement weather policy in place. There are three levels of weather conditions which will be indicated on scoreboards throughout the course: • Evacuation Watch – Conditions are very favorable for severe weather to form. If this alert is posted, only get involved in tasks that will allow you to get away quickly if we proceed to the next level. • Evacuation Warning – Conditions are deteriorating and there is a high probability that play will be stopped. • Evacuation in Effect – The PGA TOUR has suspended play. Seek shelter immediately. ***Should weather conditions cancel play for all or a major portion of a day, the final round may be on Monday, Aug. 20th. Alternatively, the PGA TOUR may limit the tournament to 54 holes. You will be advised of the PGA TOUR’s decision.

  11. Policies AUTOGRAPHS No Volunteer may use his/her official position to solicit player autographs. However, off-duty Volunteers not in uniform may solicit player autographs on Mon, Tues and Wed ONLY. CREDENTIALS Credentials must be worn and clearly visible at all times. GOLF CARTS There is a limited number of golf carts. If you do not request a golf cart, you will not get one! If you didn’t return cart on a prior day, then you will not have a cart for current day. Disregard for golf cart safety will result in revoked privileges. No Exceptions to these rules! MEDIA No admittance unless you have a “media” credential! RADIOS Your Exec Committee Member will notify you if you need a radio. Radios are located near scoring trailer. When you sign out your radio, you become solely responsible for it and charging or loss becomes your responsibility. YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR ANY MISSING PART OF YOUR RADIO! HEAVY EQUIPMENT USE Only licensed and trained drivers will be permitted to use vehicles and heavy equipment. VEHICLE KEYS When you sign out a key, you become solely responsible for it and what it unlocks. Loss of the key becomes your responsibility.You will be billed for missing keys or locksmith fees!

Restricted Areas • The clubhouse and clubhouse parking lot • Sponsor tents, skyboxes & luxury suites (unless have the proper credential) • Tournament Headquarters • All PGA TOUR facilities • Any areas inside ropes on course, practice range, starter’s tent & putting green • Media Center • All Golf Channel / CBS television facilities • Note: Your official duties may require you to have access to one or more of the above facilities.

  13. ALL Mobile Devices MOBILE DEVICE POLICY • Please silence your mobile device • Calls permitted in designated areas only (Concession Areas) • No video recording permitted at any time. No photographs permitted after Wednesday. • Violations will result in confiscation of your mobile device or removal from the tournament* • Be respectful of play * Neither the tournament nor the PGA TOUR shall be responsible for any damage to, or loss of, any confiscated devices.

  15. What is where? Cone Health VOLUNTEER PAVILION is located on left side of Fairway #1, across the street from the practice putting area. BANKING Two public ATMs will be located outside the main entrance of the Polo Golf Clothing Shop. BATHROOMS are located throughout the golf course. Refer to the Course Map for locations. Please do NOT use bathroom facilities reserved for professional golfers and sponsors.CONFISCATED ITEMS will be taken to Will Call…located close to main entranceHANDICAPPED FACILITIES are located at 1st Tee, 15th Green, 17th Green and 18th Green.HANDICAP VAN will drop off and pickup in “Island” across from Media Center to/from VIP Lot.LOST & FOUND is inside the Tournament Information Headquarters located behind First Aid Trailer The Lost & Found contact phone number is 379-1570.MERCHANDISE PAVILION Everyone is invited to shop for golf apparel and gifts at the Polo Golf Clothing Shop located inside the Sedgefield Clubhouse. PAIRINGS GUIDES are available at Volunteer check-in areas in the Cone Health Volunteer Pavilion, as well as various locations throughout the course.RECYCLING/TRASH Help the Wyndham Championship be environmentally friendly by keeping your area of responsibility “Clean and Green.” Containers are located throughout course.SATELLITE MERCHANDISE TENT is located near the 1st tee.WILL CALL is located at the main entrance.

  16. Parking Workday Parking: Inside Lot behind tennis courts, off W. Sedgefield Dr.Tournament Week Parking: Volunteer Lot located off High Point Rd. (at the old Jefferson Pilot Building). Turn into the second entrance of JP Lot. Volunteer Shuttle operates daily from Volunteer Lot to the on-course Cone Health Volunteer Pavilion. Hours of operation are 5:30 a.m. until 30 minutes after play.Public Parking: Public parking is at the Greensboro Coliseum as well as at the Premier Lot (located at American Furniture Warehouse) and GTCC. Public Parking Shuttle operates daily from lots to Wyndham Championship main entrance. Hours of operation are as follows: Monday: 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.* Tuesday: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. * Wednesday-Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.* Saturday – Sunday: 7 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.**until 30 minutes after play ends. Mon–Wed: Public Parking in Premier Lot $5.00Thurs–Sun: Public Parking at Coliseum and GTCC $7.00, Premier Lot $10.00. Handicap Parking is located in the VIP Parking Lot. *Allow 45 minutes to park, ride shuttle, check in and get to assignment. *Volunteer Credential doubles as parking pass

See invitation on next slide! *Workdays are 8 a.m. until finished for day. Please wear a collared shirt (no jeans, no old logo shirts).

The Wyndham Championship Cordially invites you to The Flip Flop Beach Music Concert At White Oak Amphitheatre On September 7th Gates open at 2:00 Music Starts 3:00 and Ends 9:00 Each Volunteer will receive 1 free ticket. Guest tickets can be purchased for $8.00 each. Please email Dare (dlondon@wyndhamchampionship.com) to reserve your tickets. Tickets are available at Volunteer Trainings on Aug 4th and Aug 10th or at the White Oak Gate Sept 7th. You may use cash or credit card at the Grandover trainings but at the gate, cash only. Bands performing are Swingin’ Medallions, Eric and the Chill Tones, Craig Woolard and The Tams.

  20. Chairman Food • Workday breakfast and lunch is provided • Chairman breakfast in the Cone Health Volunteer Pavilion • Tournament lunch by voucher only (redeemable at concession stands). Voucher will be delivered every morning by your Committee Head. NOT IN SPONSOR AREAS, MEDIA CENTER OR PLAYER DINING!

Chairman Clothing • Chairman shirts will be provided by your Committee Head prior to tournament • Shirt schedule: Monday Blue, Tuesday Green, Wednesday Blue, Thursday Green, Friday Blue, Saturday Green, Sunday Blue • Khakis long shorts or pants • Hats • With logos: Wyndham Championship only • Plain or straw
