  1. 4 Stages Of A TEAM • Forming Excitement phase where everyone gives their best effort, their greatest attitude and their highest commitment usually for INDIVIDUAL purposes 2. Storming Frustration phase where roles begin to be established and a focus on individual wishes become more important than the team…usually holding back, giving less than best, making excuses, causing division, complaining behind the scenes takes place… (What about me?) 3. Norming Acceptance phase where everyone begins to place the team mission first and there is an embracing for doing the right thing for the good of the team…this is the first step to a successful team (What about the team?) 4. Performing (Championship) Excitement phase returns where everyone gives their best effort, their greatest attitude and their highest commitment for the TEAM purposes
