  2. Foreword DIPL ES was established in 2010 as an engineering services division within DIPL(Vadodara). The prime focus of the organization is to provide customized solutions of pre engineered building structures & EPCC for to the industries of Oil, Gas, Energy, Aqua, Marine, Process & Logistics sector. The cumulative experience of the core team from both the organization are of 2 decades. The core team of DIPL ES constitutes of doctorates, masters and bachelors of engineering from the faculties of civil, mechanical, structural and metallurgy. As of today our offerings encompasses of versatile solutions for infrastructure development which include Design, Development, Project Management Service, Engineer, Procure, Construct, & Commission. The key strength & resources of our organization are our competent professionals. It is a young company but successfully providing excellent and satisfactory services to various sectors of industry . Project Delivery in Time, Quality & Budget Our core engineering & projects management team has an experience of more than 2 decades in construction, infrastructure, subsea engineering industry with an extensive track record in executing projects in time, quality, schedule and within budget. We provide expertise in all facets of infrastructure development. Our management teams are highly experienced veterans of the industry. We have the ability to manage, execute multi discipline activities, of construction, infrastructure services for projects. Civil & Structural : Area grading, Civil Construction, Structural Construction, Ring wall / Sand Pad Foundations. PEB : Steel Structure System, Roofing and wall cladding, cold form sections, mezzanine systems, metal decking system, roof rafter system, gantry systems and crane systems. Health, Safety, and Environment General Statement of Policy • It is our policy to adhere with the Labor laws as well as associated local legislation and regulations for Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) matters. The Organization will also comply with all Regulations. • Aims are to: • Provide and maintain a healthy, safe and environmentally acceptable work place. • Continually improve the system to be pro-active in our objectives. • Reduce the number of occupational accidents causing injury or ill health. • Protect the environment and prevent pollution. • Act according to all applicable legal requirements. • DIPL ES recognize and accept their duties to protect the health, safety and welfare of employees and visitors as well as towards the environment in which we work. While the management will do all that is within its power to ensure HSE matters are fully considered in all its operations, it is recognized that it is responsibility of each and every individual, associated with the company tasks, to take care of their own and other people’s well being. There fore they are obliged to report any situation which may pose a threat to themselves or others. • The management will endeavor to provide every employee with the training to carry out his or her task, or feels it would be dangerous to perform a specific job, then it employees duty to report this to their supervisor. An effective system requires continuous communication between personnel at all levels. • All injuries, however small, sustained by a person at work must be reported to the management, following correct procedure, through your immediate supervisor or the safety staff. Accident records are crucial to the effective monitoring and revision of the policy and must therefore be accurate and comprehensive.

The HSE Policy will be continually monitored , particularly when changes in the occupational health and safety risks or environmental impact of our operations, to remain relevant and appropriate to the nature and scale of our tasks.
