  3. About JISC Advance • JISC Advance is a not-for-profit company financed by grants from the UK funding councils. JISC Advance provides free advice and support to the education sector to support the innovative use of technology. • The knowledge café offered delegates the opportunity to explore and discuss how the JISC Advance services can help their organisations use technology effectively in their teaching and learning.

About JISC Advance • JISC Digital Media provides advice, guidance and training on innovative, practical and cost effective ways to create and use of still images, moving images and sound resources for learning, teaching and research. • JISC infoNet provides resources, events and workshops to help the effective strategic planning, implementation and management of technologies in the education sector.
