  1. Training & Implementation of e-CTLT M.S.CHAUHAN DEPUTY COMMISSIONER PATNA REGION

  2. CONNECTING KNOWLEDGE: • As per NCF 2005, encouraging innovations has been given a front seat. It advocates bringing together groups of teachers within and across schools and provide support to them in terms of resources as well as time to work together. It also emphasizes the developments of their own identities and sense of belongingness to a larger teaching community.

  3. CONNECTING KNOWLEDGE: • Learning must be paced so that it allows learners to engage with concepts and deepen understanding, rather than remembering only to forget after examinations. At the same time learning must provide variety and challenge, and be interesting and engaging.

  4. TRAINING • For the successful implementation of e-CTLT, proper training should be conducted at National level in which National Trainers are to be trained at the venue decided by National Core Committee. These National Trainers in turn will create manpower at Regional level, known as Regional Trainers ,which will constantly monitored by NCC.

  5. TENTATIVE TRAINING SCHEDULE: • For successful implementation of e-CTLT in all Kendriya Vidyalaya across the country, the training for e-CTLT is to be conducted in phased manner in the following steps: • National Master Trainers • Regional Master Trainers • Cluster Master Trainers • Vidyalaya Level Master Trainers

  6. TENTATIVE TRAINING SCHEDULE • Day- 1 : Introduction to e-CTLT [F/N] Practical on e-CTLT [A/N] • Day- 2 : Practical on e-CTLT Training & implementation discussion

  7. CLUSTER LEVEL e-CTLT TRAINING Phase - I (Hashimara Cluster) Venue : KV Alipurduar Date : 25th April to 26th April 2014 Duration : (02) Two Days No. of Schools : 06 Name of Cluster : Alipurduar No. of Teachers (2 PRT+2 TGT+2 PGT) from each school

  10. For better implementation of e-CTLT Regional subject conveners are to be formed with Principals of concern subjects as conveners. • The subjects conveners will form Regional Subject Committee (RSC) comprising of some teachers from the Region.
