  2. QUESTION: What is a “MISSION PLAN”? • ANSWER: It’s what we commit to do at/through Custer Lutheran Fellowship for 2011 with what God entrusts us… …our TALENT (9 paid & stipend staff & 1250+ volunteering opportunities) …our TIME(~10,200 hours) …our TREASURE (~$407,000) 2011 Mission Plan

God’s spirit inspires us to be a worshipping community WORSHIP highlights… • 2 Worship opportunities each Sunday • Wednesday Night Life worship • Outdoor worship in the summer • Lenten worship • 3 music worship bands and a choir • 6 accompanists • Sunday morning fellowship • Music coordinator and choir director • Nursery staffing • Pastoral leadership • Sound and projection systems • Significant milestone worship services – weddings, funerals, etc. • Worship at many other meetings, classes, activities • Worship leadership – reader, usher, communion server, liturgist WORSHIP
