2. It is my joyful on this day with this sincerely words of mine that may in other way envisage and refocus a bearing to us. I firmly believe that if you follow a path that interests you, not to the exclusion of love, sensitivity, and cooperation with others, but with the strength of conviction that you can move others by your own efforts. 3. Obviously everyone wants to be successful, but I want to be looked back on as being very creative, very trusted and ethical and ultimately making a big difference. Always knowledge increases thinking capabilities in getting new and innovative ideas, because we like to learn; since “we live in order to learn, but we learn in order to live better”. There will always be challe1 November 2011nges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions.

4. So what. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful. The question is what's the best way to do this? The first step toward success is taken when you refuse to be a captive of the environment in which you first find yourself. Success is not the key to happiness, but our happiness is the key to success. If we love what we are doing, we will be successful. Without change there is no incentive for improvement.

5. Even though those who initiate change will have a better opportunity to manage the change that is inevitable. When we are angry, we have misplaced our power. We have allowed someone else to determine our worth, and then we are angry at being undervalued. God may have been waiting for someone ignorant enough of the impossible to do thus will become possible. Only as high as I reach can I grow, only as far as I seek can I go, only as deep as I look can I see, only as much as I dream can I be.

Since we faced a lot of difficulty situation but we should push the 'object' from the cave to the 'light', we need to besuccess creators NOT success seekersbecause on the field of practice causes and solutions should open windows to each other to accomplish our goals with the cope of an effective cooperation among us.

7. Recommendation • Our plan must determined by our work hard. • Any achievements always require time, plans and vision. • The easy way for a person’s success is to learn from the failure. • *Guidance, Advice, Influences and Novena (GAIN) are necessary for any or; specific purpose.

8. Our Situation • The general process of live-living under socio-economical, socio-cultural and societal-environmental aspects, and; the sustainability of life quality at time that determine person’s ability in a meaningful plans for making progressive changes of strongest vision, is what I called “Our situation” • Our struggle demands marketable goals beyond our future. Just follow your heart and find out inspiration. By then desire can be our starting point of all achievement, not a hope, not a wish, but a keen pulsating desire, which transcends everything.

9. Our decision must base on what we want, decide what you are willing to exchange for it.  As the case per heading above, significantly my intention is to make a preview on basis of three (3) categories as follows:- I. Responsibility and self determination Always determine what specific goal we want to achieve. What I can concur is what from the reality on physical object is, “our yes should be yes and our no should be no”. It is a matter of choice; it is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved beginning from oursel

10. Because achievements and accomplishments take an effort and time to spend, I hope these words of wisdom inspire you to be all that you can be. An evidence to refer, some major problems includes; persistency hunger, uncontrolled fewer resources, excessive treatment, all of these hug us up to date and long range to future.

11. II. Competence in guidance for solutions Families can be a source of support, encouragement and loves, but sometimes relationships within are put under strain. Since we lack a lot of experience now we need to agree we loose our energy because of ignorant if that so let us agree also to consume enough time to share an experience among.

12. We want to solve the problems of ‘poverty’ and ‘ignorant’ in our family. I know the system is bad and that is why we are looking the way to avoid these problems, including shutting down an element of selfishness. We are looking for well reasoned and sincere solutions because for the most part of our tasks we need help/support, off-course; but exactly true support must begin from “self-made not from self-seeking”.

13. However, with strong confidence and abilities; yes! It is time to commit our power in achieving objectives that we dream about! But it won’t be easy; it will take time as nearest degree between one another increases; then, relationship will be stronger. • Tobler’s first law of Geography tells us that “in spatial sense, everything is related to everything else but relationships are stronger when things are near to one another”.

14. There are many extraordinary capacities that allow us to become forward achievers through socio-economical and socio-cultural as possible as environmental interrelationship, this how we build the so called “point of success” For example; guidance and advice shall benefit to all by helping everyone to say and fill feel, because guidance can reduce micro-conflict and fearless.

15. III. Personal multidimensional • In addition, personal multidimensional is a springboard to personal excellence. Achievement should be synchronizes with action, straight forward, good attitude, and prayer. Significantly competition is a by-product of productive work. Whilst; creative person is motivated by the desire to achieve, not by the desire of consuming what was produced because it may favor you a dead ground.

16. Somebody cannot get ahead with your own goals if you are always saying yes to someone else’s projects. To make a life struggle its not an easier job, you must have cobweb style (multidimensional) to obtain some techniques. You can only get ahead with your desired lifestyle if you are focused on the things that will produce and reshape your lifestyle. We didn’t interpret things seriously once we deal on reality, even less concentrations are too much, we must know various dimensions to admit our goals, See the formula below:

17. It is when you transform full decisions; I believe the true road to affordable success in any line is to master that line. I have no happy in the policy of scattering one's resources and income because it will return to fall down my vision. I have rarely if ever met a man who achieved preeminence in job making, certainly who was interested in his/her progressive plan as many as concerns. It's through curiosity and looking at opportunities in new ways that we have always mapped our path. Indeed, to be successful you have to enjoy doing your best while at the same time contributing to something beyond.
