  5. Schedule Tech – Will overrides column filters Bill Type – Quickly filter bill type Tech Class – Filter open sos So Status Begin – Can be blank to allow appearance OPEN(U) columns Schedule Required – Used for OPEN so to find no tech but day assigned.

  7. Schedule Task Button – No Longer is Service Order Needed To Hold Place In Day

  8. 90 Day Schedule – Tech Day – Best Tech – Tech Class

  9. Message Button – Undo Send Undo Send – Presents user with “NEW SCHEDULE RECORD” marking previous one “UNDO” with current tech filled in and same day for new. Cancel for OPENU or confirm tech / day to create “NEW SCHEDULE”.

  11. Reminders very useful for event not needing schedule record. Still linked to tech / day and visible from Month Schedule also.
