Background Partnership approach involving; 3 Councils, 4 NHS partners, 1 NHS Foundation Trust & The Alzheimer's Society Creation of Dementia timeline 5 consultation events across Lancashire for people with Dementia and their carers Additional consultation from existing Dementia support groups (for both service users & carers) & LD focus group
