Electronic supplementary material Fig.2 Functional categorisation of pigeonpea TUSs that are homologs of soybean genes detecting SFPs between parental genotypes of mapping populations (ICPL 151 × ICPL 87 and ICPL 8755 × ICPL 227) segregating for drought tolerance. Gene Ontology (GO) analysis classified 724 genes into three main GO categories i.e. biological process, cellular component and molecular function according to UniProt database. 139 genes classified under the sub-category ‘response to stimulus’ of the biological process category are the candidate genes for drought tolerance.
