电镀工艺学. 第三章 电解液分散能力. Plating technology Chapter Ⅲ Electrolyte dispersing power. 电解液分散能力的基本概念 分散能力(或称均镀能力) : 就是电解液能使零件表面镀层的厚度均匀分布的能力 。 若镀层在阴极表面分布的比较均匀,就认为这种电解液具有良好的分散能力;在各种电解液中,氰化物电解液的分散能力比较好,普通酸性镀铜和镀锌等简单盐电解液的分散能力较差,镀络电解液的分散能力更差。 覆盖能力(或称深镀能力) : 在一定的电解条件下,电解液能使镀层沉积金属覆盖整个表面的能力。
