  5. Demographic Profile 87% native born citizens 59% high school education or less 58% family income less than $25,000 (mean income = $21,564) Average Household size = 2.35 persons 76% not married 62% female Mean age = 49 66% lived in urban areas

  6. Housing Profile • 13% receive housing subsidy • 50% live in single family housing • Average structure size: 2.56 bedrooms • 53% rent for cash

  7. Quality Levels: 89% : rated their housing quality as adequate Average neighborhood rating : 7.75 (1=worst, 10=best)
